How your Partner ID connects families with your organization in FamilyNet.
Your Partner ID
Your Partner ID is the unique identifier assigned to your organization when you register as a FamilyNet Partner.
Families use this ID to associate their FamilyPack with your organization so eligible Partner contributions can be directed correctly.
Where to Find Your Partner ID
Your Partner ID is provided when your Partner registration is completed.
You can also find it on your Partner Status page while logged in to the FamilyNet Partner website.
The Partner Resources pages display your Partner ID automatically where it is needed.
How Families Use Your Partner ID
When a family joins FamilyNet, they use your Partner ID to associate their FamilyPack with your organization.
- Provide your Partner ID whenever you introduce FamilyNet to families.
- Include it in parent emails, newsletters, website notices, and printed materials.
- Families use the ID when associating their FamilyPack with your organization.
- Each eligible FamilyPack associated with your organization provides a $5 Partner contribution, including annual renewals.
Your organization does not need to register families or manage their FamilyNet accounts. Families register and manage their accounts directly with FamilyNet.
Keep Your Partner ID Consistent
Your Partner ID is intended to remain the permanent FamilyNet identifier for your organization.
Use the same Partner ID in all FamilyNet communications so families are consistently associated with the correct organization.
If you believe your Partner ID is incorrect or needs administrative attention, please contact FamilyNet Administration rather than creating another Partner account.
If Your Partner ID Is Unavailable
If this page shows Not available, do not distribute FamilyNet materials until the Partner ID has been confirmed.
First, visit your Partner Status page and check whether your Partner information is displayed there.
If your Partner ID is still unavailable, contact FamilyNet Administration for assistance.
