How do we become a FamilyNet Partner?
Begin by creating your FamilyNet Partner account and completing the Partner registration process.
Once registration is completed, your organization receives its unique Partner ID and can begin introducing FamilyNet to families.
What does our organization need to do after registering?
Your role can be very simple:
- Keep your Partner ID available for your families.

- Complete Stripe payment setup within the required period so your organization can receive eligible Partner contributions.
No software installation or technical integration is required.
Do we need to provide FamilyNet with student or parent information?

Families create and manage their own FamilyNet accounts directly.
Partner Contributions & Payouts
How does the $5 Partner contribution work?
Each eligible FamilyPack associated with your organization provides a $5 contribution to your organization.
The contribution is handled through FamilyNet. Your organization does not collect payments from families or administer a fundraising campaign.
Do annual FamilyPack renewals also provide a contribution?
Yes. Each eligible annual FamilyPack renewal associated with your organization provides another $5 contribution.
How are Partner contributions paid?
FamilyNet uses Stripe to process and transfer eligible Partner contributions.
Once your organization completes Stripe payment setup, eligible contributions can be deposited directly into your registered account.
Do we need to complete Stripe setup before families can use our Partner ID?
No. Your Partner ID is issued when your FamilyNet Partner registration is completed.
You can begin sharing your Partner ID with families immediately. Stripe payment setup can be completed separately.
How long do we have to complete Stripe payment setup?
You have up to one year from Partner registration to complete Stripe payment setup so your organization can receive eligible Partner contributions.
What happens to Partner contributions before Stripe payment setup is completed?
Eligible contributions associated with your Partner ID can continue to be recorded while your Stripe payment setup is pending.
These contributions cannot be paid to your organization until the required Stripe onboarding has been completed.
If Stripe payment setup is not completed within one year of Partner registration, the applicable FamilyNet Partner program terms will determine how any unpaid contributions are handled.
When are Partner payouts made?
Partner payouts are processed according to the FamilyNet payout schedule after Stripe payment setup has been completed.
Currently, payouts are processed annually in January.
Can we view payout information?
Yes. Available payout and payment information can be viewed through the Partner portal and Stripe.

The exact information required is determined by Stripe during onboarding.
Does FamilyNet receive or store our banking information?
